WHAT IT DOES
An auditable customer account-lock control for order-to-cash: locks a customer Full or Partial with a controlled reason, blocking new sales orders, invoices, and cash sales as appropriate (Partial allows only invoices transformed from existing orders). Adds warning banners and a lock-history subtab, keeps lock records immutable, and includes a pilot mode restricting the feature to administrators during rollout.
